After a session with EESystem technology, a complete holistic treatment is strongly recommended, including a natural salt bath, essential for the detoxification and healing process. The EESystem technology, developed by Dr. Sandra Rose Michael, has a profound impact on the body; among other remarkable effects, this technology causes an accentuated detoxification of the being, bringing toxins to the surface of the skin. A salt bath, either full or just for the feet, helps to effectively eliminate these toxins.
That is precisely why, within a holistic therapy, the importance of the salt bath cannot be underestimated. This not only facilitates detoxification, but also contributes to muscle relaxation, improving blood circulation and calming the nervous system.
Recommended baths after EES sessions are made with natural, common salt, and not Epsom salt – also known scientifically as magnesium sulfate – which is often used in therapeutic baths.
A session with EESystem technology, which facilitates strong detoxification of the body, especially in the case of people who have a diet based on meat or processed or chemically additive products, can load the liver, kidneys and lymphatic system, that is, the main systems involved in the processing of toxins. Therefore, a salt bath that is performed shortly after the EES purification session, considerably helps these vital organs, facilitating the elimination of toxins and reducing their “load”. Thus, the salt bath (performed with the whole body or just the feet) is not only a method of relaxation, but also a crucial component of holistic therapy, ensuring effective detoxification and supporting the body’s integral health.
It is recommended to drink water consistently for adequate hydration of the body after the EESystem session and the salt baths, to support the detoxification process and to maximize the therapeutic effects. Thus, the integration of salt baths into the routine after EESystem sessions becomes a fundamental pillar of holistic therapy, contributing to the balance and general health of the body.
In addition to holistic salt bath therapy after EESystem sessions, various types of salts and additional ingredients can be used to maximize benefits. The water in which we put the salt must be warm enough, but not very hot. A quantity of 200-300 g of salt is recommended for a foot bath, and for a full body bath, approximately 2 cups of salt.
In full baths, for effective detoxification, immerse your entire body in the salt water as often as you feel comfortable. During the periods when the chest is out of the water, it is recommended to apply a towel moistened in bath water to the chest, to facilitate detoxification.
The recipe and protocol for the salt baths indicated by Dr. Sandra Rose Michael, the inventor of the EESystem technology.
– 2 cups of sea salt
– 2 cups of sodium bicarbonate
– 1 cup borax
– 2 tablespoons EES salt (if available)
Place the ingredients in a tub of hot water and sit in the tub for 30 minutes or more.
It is good to scrub the skin of the body with a sponge or loofah a little harder while bathing.
After bathing use lotion or oil with magnesium and coconut oil.
Make sure you keep your body well hydrated with quality water.
Options for the type of salt that can be used in foot (or full) baths after an EES session include:
– Himalayan salt: This is valued for its rich mineral content and for its detoxifying and relaxing effects.
– Sea Salt: Natural, unrefined and non-iodized sea salt is another great choice for baths, offering essential minerals and purifying properties.
– Natural coarse salt, for example salt from the Turda salt pan (Romania), which can be bought in 4 kg bags.
Bath salts are often combined with baking soda in equal amounts to enhance the detoxifying effect and soften the skin. We recommend using a natural, vegan baking soda (see, for example, Naturmind, in 0.5 kg bags).
Essential oils from plants such as lavender, eucalyptus or rosemary can also be used in baths to enhance relaxation and benefit from aromatherapy.
When we prepare our salt bath (either whole or just for the feet) it is important to choose quality products, preferably natural and without artificial additives, to ensure the best experience and to have real benefits for our health.
