A session is usually minimum 2 hours for optimal benefits. However, we recommend that you start with an Overnight Session to boost your body’s wellbeing from the start. If that feels too much for you to start with, book a minimum of 2 hours to allow your body and mind enough time to assimilate the Bio-scalar wave energy.

You will be sharing the room with others. Dr. Sandra believes that the more people are in the room, the better as the collective energy helps to further raise the frequency in the room, which will lead to a more enhanced experience.
Sessions are booked per hour or in a bundle. In the EES room there are reclining chairs and mattresses, where you can sit, or lay back and relax.

For clients who are experiencing chronic conditions, we recommend working toward a goal of 20-30 hours. The closer the sessions are, the more optimal your results will be. We recommend a day of rest in between sessions.
